Delivery of goods will take place at the Delivery Address specified during order placement. A separate order is required for deliveries to multiple destinations.
If you are unavailable to accept delivery, you may appoint a representative. The Delivery Agent may ask for a photo ID and signature on the delivery manifest to confirm delivery. Refusal to sign will be treated as a refusal to accept delivery.
Please provide accurate details about your delivery location to ensure smooth processing.
If a shipment is for personal use and the customer does not respond to calls or emails, a refund request will not be entertained as per company policy.
